Tasha Winship, LPN

Executive Director

Tasha Winship is the executive director at Emerald Square Senior Living. She began her nursing career in 2006 and is a licensed practical nurse, certified dementia care practitioner and certified long-term care administrator. In this role, Tasha oversees day-to-day operations at Emerald Square Senior Living, ensuring that our residents feel comfortable, secure and respected, working with families to develop personalized care plans for each resident, and providing professional support to members of our talented team.

Outside of work, Tasha enjoys spending time with her family.

Cassie Batson

Director of Sales and Marketing

Cassie Batson is the director of Sales and Marketing at Emerald Square Senior Living. In this role, she strives to be a trusted source of information and assistance for families with a loved one transitioning into a senior living community. Cassie is passionate about building relationships with residents, families and the Emerald Square Senior Living team. Prior to this role, she worked in business development.

In her free time, Cassie enjoys swimming, boating and all water sports. Her great-grandfather started the great football tradition in Oklahoma serving as the 1908 football captain, which means she never misses a Sooners game.

Miranda Schambron Business Office Director

Miranda Schambron

Business Office Director

Miranda Schambron is the Business Office director at Emerald Square Senior Living. She has worked in the health care industry for over a decade and is a certified nursing assistant and activity and social service director. As Business Office director, Miranda is responsible for overseeing all community financial operations, including reviewing payroll, benefits administration, communicating with vendors, and managing the accounts payable and receivable. On the human resources side, she assists in hiring new team members, supports employees’ professional development, and maintains our employment policies and procedures.

Miranda enjoys fishing, camping and spending time with family.

Kathryn Rand Vibrant Life Director

Katherine Rand

Vibrant Life® Director

Katherine Rand is the Vibrant Life® director at Emerald Square Senior Living. She is a certified medical administrative assistant and home health aide. In this role, she enriches the lives of the residents and helps to put smiles on their faces. Katherine engages residents in the various social, educational and cultural activities that fill our monthly calendar. She takes time to carefully design each activity or event to meet residents’ unique needs and interests. Before working at Emerald Square Senior Living, Katherine was a certified nursing assistant, pharmacist and document processor.

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with family, fishing, camping, watching football and cooking.

Fredda Wilcox Chism Resident Care Director

Fredda Wilcox-Chism

Resident Care Director

Fredda Wilcox-Chism is the Resident Care director at Emerald Square Senior Living. Fredda is a licensed practical nurse with 10 years of experience in long-term care, assisted living and memory care settings and is a CDC-certified infection control preventionist. In this role, Fredda oversees residents’ health and wellness needs and manages our team to ensure they are delivering high-quality, person-centered care. She also leads the residential nursing program at Emerald Square Senior Living, implementing clinical policies and procedures, meeting with families to create personalized care plans for residents, and developing programs and initiatives to promote a positive, healthy lifestyle across campus.

Fredda enjoys spending quality time with her family and three cats in her free time.

Tyron Reeves Building Services Director

Tyron “T.J.” Reeves Jr.

Building Services Director

Tyron Reeves Jr. is the Building Services director at Emerald Square Senior Living. T.J. is also a certified nursing assistant and has additional certifications in computer desktop publishing, medication administration, and simple repairs and maintenance. In this role, T.J. takes care of our community’s mechanical equipment, building systems, painting, plumbing, flooring upkeep, electrical repairs, and heating and air conditioning systems. His favorite part of the job is getting to interact with our residents every day, whether it’s a simple hello or responding to a specific request.

Outside of work, T.J. enjoys spending time with his family, working on his car and watching sports.
